Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. The task of finding a therapist is a difficult but necessary step along the path to wellness. My first experience with therapy was seeking help for anxiety while I was in university. Throughout the process, I realized the importance of working with the right person. Later in life, while pursuing my education to become a therapist, I worked as a crisis responder for Kids Help Phone during the COVID-19 pandemic. This illustrated to me that my purpose is working with others to build awareness and skills to achieve overall well-being. I recently graduated from Yorkville University with a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and have a background in sales and marketing. I am passionate about supporting my clients on their journey toward personal growth, healing, and fulfillment.

My Approach:
My approach is client-centered, and I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood without judgement. I pull from various therapeutic methods including person-centered therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and solutions-focused brief therapy. I am constantly searching for new ways to work with my clients and will continue learning to build my skills as a therapist.

My focus is on empowering you to gain the insights and tools you need to live a more harmonious and fulfilling life.
